Tundish Dry Vibration Mix Introduction:
The tundish dry vibration mix is composed of refractory aggregate, powder, sintering agent and admixture. Without the addition of water or liquid binder, only by vibration, a dense and uniform monolithic refractory raw material can be formed. When heated, tundish dry vibration mix is made tough by a thermosetting binder or a ceramic sintering agent.
Tundish dry material is an unshaped refractory material (tundish working lining) made by vibration molding without adding water and liquid binder. The dry material is dense and uniform, and the demoulding strength is generated after low temperature heating.
Tundish dry vibration mix's characteristics are: This kind of material is easy to flow under the action of vibration force, and the powder can fill the tiny pores between particle accumulations even under the action of very small vibration force, and obtain a dense body with higher filling density. In use, it is heated to form a working surface with a certain strength. However, part of the non-working face is still unsintered and presents the original densely packed structure. This structure helps to reduce the stress caused by expansion or contraction; helps to hinder the spread and extension of cracks; helps prevent the intrusion of molten metal, and facilitates unpacking and cleaning. This material is constructed on the construction site by vibration method, which is easy to construct, short in construction period, does not require maintenance and baking, and can directly raise the temperature quickly to make the working layer sintered and put into use.
